How to config everthing to search a default folder?

We just want everthing to index a folder which we can config in everthing.
But we only find the "exclude folders" setting.
How to achieve the "include folders" configuration.

To include a single NTFS folder:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the NTFS tab.
• Select the NTFS volume the NTFS folder is on.
• Type in the folder in Include only.
• Click OK.
