Not sure if this is a bug but all dates are between 1 and 12 with no AM or PM indicator(maybe because of some windows settings)
If I create a new file and search for rc: with that file name,the time will be 9:23(it can mean AM or PM but there is no indicator)not 21:23

I think Everything uses the Windows default date layout.
But you can change the display format to your liking, using this .
Oops, you said TIME ....

Sounds familiar. I even asked a question here that someone else already asked before. And that question was answered by .. me
