INI split off computer-specific elements to separate ini

I copied the everything ini to a new computer, which is great for 99% of the settings, but things like the indexing settings I had to copy from the old one I was replacing and paste into the new one which had the settings for the computer it had come from.
* It would be good to split off the computer-specific settings to a new small ini, leaving the existing .ini slightly reduced with all the portable settings that will work anywhere and can be copied about easily.
Unless I missed the obvious and it's already catered for...

I will consider storing the machine specific settings in a separate ini.
