Folder Bar : Horizontal Scroll when dropping

When you drag an item over the Folder Bar to drop it, the Folder Bar list often scrolls horizontally. This is fairly high on the irksome scale
I cannot think I would ever want a horizontal scroll, since the Folder Bar is in its correct presentation. By contrast, vertical scrolling when dragging to the top or bottom can be useful.
I looked for an option to disable it horizontally but didn't spot one!

Thanks for the issue report meteorquake,

It bugs me too.

Unfortunately, this is controlled by the system with the IDropTargetHelper.

A work around is on my TODO list.
