Multiple file selection menu
I frequently use Everything with mp3tag, but if i have more than one file selected, the open in mp3tag option disappears. It works when i only select one file. Is there a way to fix this?

If you select two files in Windows Explorer, is the Open in mp3tag option there?

Are you running Everything "as Administrator" or as a "regular" user?
If the former, use the (Everything) Service (unless you have a good reason not to) & run Everything as a regular user (rather then Admin).
(At first I was thinking that might be the issue, but thinking again, maybe not.)
Might it be bitness?
Everything 64 & mp3tag context-menu item set up for x86 or something along those lines?
(But that isn't making sense either, is it? Cause it does work with 1 file.)
