one drive not being searched

Hello. I have been using your Everything search program since I discovered it some time ago and continue to recommend it. I am a senior, single PC user (WIN10). Your program has never failed me... until recently. I have multiple HDDs. Why won't your program scan a drive labeled "Local Disk, exFAT?"

To add your external exFAT volume to your Everything index:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Folders tab on the left.
• Click Add....
• Select your external exFAT volume (for example: G: drive) and click OK.
• Click OK.
