how do i exclude certain folders from a search?

I'd like to exclude a couple folders from a search I'm doing. I know I can remove a specific folder from all searches by going into Preferences. In this case I'd just like to remove it from a specific search. How would I do so?

The path name is long and has numerous spaces etc:
H:\Acer Feb 2022 Majority\Documents\Excel Work Files - Learning MS Excel 2010

Include the following in your search:

!"H:\Acer Feb 2022 Majority\Documents\Excel Work Files - Learning MS Excel 2010"

! = NOT
" " = escape spaces
(space = AND)
